Compare observations of the same coral colony over time using calculated metrics of lightness and color or inspect the images visually for texture changes supported by image transformations, highlighting different aspects.
Coral Companion detects millimeter ticks from underwater reference rulers automatically. Computes dimensions to calculate diameter and planar area.
